Application of Rail Transfer Cart
The 20-ton heavy-duty track electric flat car is mainly used for
the transfer of heavy materials on fixed tracks within workshops.
Heavy-duty cargo: Specifically designed for transporting mechanical
equipment, steel raw materials, large workpieces, etc. weighing up
to 20 tons.
Rail transportation: Running on the preset ground tracks, it
realizes the fixed-point logistics connection between various
workstations and workshops within the factory.
Production line connection: It can be used as a mobile assembly
platform to complete dynamic assembly or transfer between processes
in the assembly line.
Flat handling: Suitable for placing large, regular or large goods
that need to be fixed.
This product is a core track handling equipment for optimizing the
logistics layout of workshops and enhancing the efficiency of heavy
material transfer.
Working Priciple of Rail Transfer Cart
This equipment is a track-oriented, electrically-driven heavy-duty
material handling device. Its working process is based on a
closed-loop system of "electric control command → motor drive →
mechanical transmission → rail guide movement", achieving the
automatic transfer of heavy loads on fixed tracks.

Customized load capacity and size: According to your actual needs,
we can provide personalized designs for different tonnages and
countertop sizes to ensure a perfect match between the load-bearing
capacity and the installation space.
Customized track layout: Based on the existing layout or planning
of the workshop, we can design and customize various track line
schemes such as straight lines, curves, and loops for you.
Function and control customization: Multiple options are provided,
including on-board handles, remote controls, and ground operation
boxes.
Function installation: Safety guardrails, U-shaped shelves,
workpiece fixing devices, etc. can be installed as needed to meet
various special handling requirements.
Packaging and Shipping*For length is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will
be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m
and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the
quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full
container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL
Container.
*If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs
to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is
beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
